You can’t make any transaction, when you try to perform any transaction and when you enter otp the app logging out and going to main screen, your money will stuck and you will not be able to take your money, be careful , a waste all , don’t be trap 🪤

Need some improvement in the app, New apps like nayapay and sadapay are providing biometric verification within apps, why you can’t?? Other similar providers are giving free virtual and physical debit cards , why you can’t? Sms verification not receiving, how to log in than , You must work and improve your app and services

dear team , i newly created konnect account and i deposited money in my account and after that i am unable to withdraw cash or send money to anyone. whenever i send money to anyone i enter the pin and then it redirect it to logout page. please resolve the issue

Everytime i open the app and put details as contact no and pin i , as they don't ask you for setting up a pin during sign up and later when you try to login they ask for a pin ?? So well when i try to forget pin it shows profile doesn't exist. Called there helpline several times , they don't know the solution to it
