Change the account from asaan to normal
I want to change the account from asan to noraml account to open the transaction limits. The customer service agent said go to branch and give the income proof then he will change your account to normal account when i go to your bagh ajk branch i give him income propf that my amount come from out of country then he said the sender is other person he come here give biomatric and bla bla when account is on my name then why any other come for biomatric
App is not working
Click Bills and top up is not working error message is no beneficiary exists
New App Crashes at Login
After the update whenever I try to add my login details and press login button. The app crashes. Tried deleting and reinstalling, same issue
Very bad app
Very bad app you cannot perform anything on that. When ever i tried to add beneficiaries or tried to pay bill or recharge it showing error of some technical issues. Plz resolve this issue for smooth usage

Unable to login
99 out of 100 times it says we are unable to login. Giving weried messgaes like we are in maintaincene from 2 to 4 AM. Even though its day time. Some times its says no internet. Seems like all is broken. You can’t use when you needed. I think there should option of negative rating
Poor customer support
If anyone is going to open a account in this bank, beware and try some other bank because they are not concerned with new customers at all. Gave me time their cs will call me, but it’s been 3 months now no one contacted.
Unable to process your request
Since 2 3 months I can’t transfer any funds except meezan to meezan account. Please this was the most friendly application I’ve ever used but now i am really disappointed. Hopefully you will sort it out ASAP. Thanks
