Withdrawal bad designed
I was trying to withdrawal money,but the system is bad designed. I have to confirm everything multiple times with my email, most of the time the mails won’t get sent right away. Pro: Money got sent quick.
Needs some improvements
Good App, BUT it is lacking the possibility to see the overall performance in % and be ableto Switch to performance in currencys like €/$. Would be a great fearure to have this for single cryptos as well (like all the neo-broker-apps like Trade Republik have it). PLUS: notifications/overview of when/which individual purchases are tax-free (manual settings for holding period would be sufficient).

Verifizieren klappt nicht
Die Verifizierung klappt nicht und der Customer Service antwortet nicht.
Sehr unübersichtlich, Rücküberweisung???
Wollte ein zweites Standbein für meine BTC Käufe. Überwies glücklicherweise nur einen kleineren Testbetrag auf das Wallet. War auch in 3 Tagen gutgeschrieben. Nachdem mir die App nicht zusagte überwies ich den Betrag zurück auf mein Referenzkonto. 2 Tage später bat ich um Schließung des Wallet. Seit nunmehr 14 Tage warte ich auf meine Rücküberweisung. Ob das Wallet geschlossen wurde weiß ich auch nicht. Anfragen an Kraken verlaufen im Sand ebenso wie mein Geld. Es gibt definitiv besser und vor allem seriösere Anbieter.
