The Apple of crypto exchanges app!

Racist behaviour

I am from Iran. There are some apps that simply mention they do not accept my nationality to begin with. But kraken allowed me to make an account and transfer money and then blocked it. I am a researcher and proved my job and immigration statute completely to the app. But they held my money for around 2 months before releasing it and forcefully closed my account. I wish there was somewhere to complain about it…

Five stars not enough

Probably the best exchange out there, the app is just as it should be….. reliable and easy to use. Their main website on the other hand is awesome, very professional and offers everything you would expect from one of the biggest and most trusted players in the crypto space. I am from the UK and have been in crypto long enough to have accounts with exchanges that are no longer accepting new UK customers, but can honestly say that kraken is still my main exchange and would highly recommend to anybody taking their first steps into crypto.

Best Bitcoin app in the UK

Honestly the best app with the lowest fees to buy Bitcoin in the UK. Easy to transfer GBP into the app with direct connection to my HSBC account (they support other banks too).

Kraken Pro is top notch app

Best product. One of the only exchanges without their own token, which is good. Great app, great experience, low fees for kraken pro. Easy off ramp.

Low fees and easy to use

I really like Kraken, it’s by far my favourite app and exchange. One issue is the charts on Kraken Pro. They are slow to update and often freeze making limit orders tricky. Otherwise perfect
