I wish they have more crypto listing and it is has good deal for trading fees, and other fees compare to other platforms. I wish they have more gaming crypto, shrap, , big time and other coins. I wish they have toncoin and overall I have best experience.

After 2 weeks deposit I don’t know where is my money. They put my $40000 wiring deposit to the wrong account and I don’t see my return money yet. Creating tickets and tickets. They are really good to earn fee but the company is completely trash. Also no phone support.
I am not sure why it took so long for me to realize how much superior kraken is to base, no hate , but the fees are better, the charting, IOS user interface is the best, very easy to use but detailed. Never an issue w/ deposits or withdrawals. They also offer margin 2-5x , and it’s so smooth, fees also very low. If your in limbo mad at Coinbase try this app I swear u will love it. No one paid me not am I connected to kraken just want to let ppl know this is the exchange. Cro.com fees ridiculous, base is okay but horrible customer service and support. Even if u r a one member and pay them 29.99$ means nothing. Been locked out of my account for 2 weeks. They keep saying just wait. Kraken never did nothing like that

High level crypto nerd here. I’ve tried all different exchanges, both DeFi & Centralized. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is the best experience I’ve had with an exchange so far. I’ve had little to no issues using the platform in any capacity. I have not experienced a moment of downtime attempting to use the platform. Additionally, the fees are more reasonable than its competitors. Even, the security is top notch; It’s more difficult to login to Kraken, than my own fiat bank account. Lastly, I’ve experienced holds of funds no longer than 3 days. I cannot say the same about some of the other competitors in this space. Continue being great, Kraken!
