Face recognition doesn’t work

Waste of time! Use a different bank

Totally useless.

On my iPad I cannot use it as it insists I switch to 4G, but my iPad is WiFi only. Worked before. On my Samsung I can’t use it as it doesn’t like several other apps installed, including the anti-virus software. Refuses to open unless I uninstall the other apps. Completely useless app. I now have no way of paying my online bills. Will be changing bank.

Face scanning not working

The kYC is not working properly i can’t pass my face it reads the face and then colours change to blue pink and then again my face failed to scan kindly do something for foreigners to access easily to our accounts

Crashes on iPhone 11 Pro Max running 13.2.2 and beyond

Was a good stable app, now after upgrading to a new iPhone 11 Pro Max running 13.2.2, the app crashes when I try to enter my user id. Now updated my phone to iPhone 13 Pro Max. App has been updated to only use a mobile network, it can no longer use Wi-Fi, so it won’t work on a Wi-Fi only iPad. It now seems to be confused by dual-sim and eSIm, which is used in Thailand and has been a feature of some iPhones for a few years. The app now will not allow login unless more identification checks are carried out at a branch. From what I’ve been told, it has trouble identifying Thai mobile number on a dual SIM iPhone. Technology in reverse.

Every updates make the app worse and wose

User interface was old-fashion but it was functional and supported essential features. However, this application cannot deliver such basic features it did before e.g. showing transcation details without requesting for a statement or reciewing your funds on the app. I would say they develop it backward. I strongly don’t recommend this updated that bringing the performance dated back to 10 years ago. Also, I consider to close my account with KT bank because of poor UX and UI of their online banking.

Face detection error

Face detection is always on error. It tells me to blink and when I do it it goes black then said error. What can I do now?

โดยรวม application ใช้งานง่าย ทั้งนี้ อยากให้ธนาคารปรับปรุงเรื่องการใช้งานบัตร travel card ที่ต่างประเทศ เนื่องจากเมื่อนำบัตรไปใช้ซื้อของ online ณ ต่างประเทศ ระบบจะส่งรหัส otp มาเบอร์โทรศัพท์ไทย ซึ่ง ณ ขณะนั้นไม่ได้ใช้เบอร์จากประเทศไทย ส่งผลให้ไม่สามารถใช้บัตรซื้อสินค้า online เมื่ออยู่ต่างประเทศได้

No English language option

Despite the information on the app store being in English I can't find any way to change the language in the app itself.
