Cant access the app from abroad
after the app has been updated on the 13 May 2024, i cant access the app in anyway, ive contacted the Kbank Live Through LINE, have restarted, Turn on off airplane mode, On off cellular, using Thai sim, still no avail.. so i gotta live like this for a week?! without getting access thru my bank account? i just feel this is unbelievable and so unreliable and i feel very dissapointed.. luckily i still have some money from different banks here in the UK.
P.S. im a student, and using YouTrip.
2/10 hard to operate while travelling.

Hard to delete Favourites
App works well for most things I need to do but deleting favourites is extremely difficult. Select Manage and most of the time the red delete option does nothing. After many many presses you may be lucky enough to get the Bin icon to show up but that is extremely difficult to use also, again, most of the time it does nothing. This needs to be coded better.
It freezes my phone every time !
I’m not sure what KBank has been up to recently, I wonder why every time that I’m in the process of making a transfer it freezes my phone for about 3-5 minutes, I can’t even turn it off ! I have contacted them but I couldn’t get any help from them not to mention understanding, utterly useless 🤦🏻♂️
Need more improvement please
As I don’t live in Thailand I have an issue with this online banking. Everytime I try to login it wouldn’t let me. I’m wondering why does it have to sent a code to Thai number? I have a SIM card but I can’t use it here as there is no signal so how am I gna receive a code through the SMS? can’t this system resetting for a different option? For example if can not receive through SMS then why not allow to send the code through an email instead? Because I can 100% log in to my mail box but with the SIM card it have to be in Thailand only to get it work.
App not accessible
Please help I am trying to get access to my log on and pay some bills but I can’t and the app is asking me to turn off wifi even though I’m not connected to it. I have just purchased the iPhone SE and it is not working please help ?
The worst bank application
It keeps saying that you have to disconnect wifi for the first register, but I didn’t connect to the wifi at all. I deleted it and downloaded it again many times. I have no idea why it hard to use this app, Goodbye K-Bank
Use to be good but not work anymore
It say “ for your first time set up please disable your WiFi connection and use cellular data to process” and I didn’t use WiFi what going on?
WiFi issue
App shows that there is no WiFi connection so I cannot do any money transfer or pay a bill but actually I already connect with WiFi!
You should regularly update app as iOS update.
