Don’t bother with this app. It looks pretty but once you select what you need printed it takes an age and no tracking was provided. When I asked customer service they just told me to keep waiting (it’s now over two weeks for a handful of prints).
I love my photo books! I’ve ordered several now and they are perfect.

I had purchased 2 orders before they took for ever to come that I forgot about it and when I received it I was surprised… But I do say I love the prints there soo cute I just wish they wouldn’t take so long .. so I placed this last order and never received it I check for updates and it tells me nothing so I know I won’t be ordering from them again.
First time using this and I enjoyed it. Design and user functionality is great!
I’ve bought hundreds of picture magnets over the years and I cover my fridge in them. The app is easy to use and the prints always come out so well! I always get compliments on them when people walk in my kitchen for the first time.
Their selection of products is great and when they arrive they come in cute little fitted envelopes. The problem is that is takes forever to be delivered! I’m in California and I swear it took over 3 weeks. Also, the app freezes when you are scrolling through your photos to select what you want printed and that takes forever. If you want to print photos older than 6 months and you have tons of photos like me, don’t. It is a complete headache and probably will freez on you.
No la recomiendo perdí mi dinero es una estafa. Hice un pedido con el número 44675821 el día 20 de agosto que nunca me lo enviaron. Ahora me llegó un email que dice que mi número de orden cambio al 44902259 cuando intento rastrearla dice que no existe. Ya imprimí el álbum desde otra app CHERZ y en menos de una semana ya lo tengo en mis manos .
They promise a delivery date but nothing arrives. Check online reviews - this is a scam and they don’t refund your money either.
For all of you wondering weather this app delivers what it promises. I can assure you IT DOES. I’m in Spain and they had an issue with my address and could not deliver. They did everything in they power to solve the problem, and managed to get my package to me. Even though it was later than what I wanted, they did their best and I received a complimentary postcard with my order. Para todos ustedes preguntándose si está app Funciona realmente: SI SI SI. Lalalab cumple sus promesas. Estoy en España y hubo un problema con mi dirección de envío. Ellos hicieron todo lo que pudieron para resolver el problema y traerme mi paquete. Aunque llegó tarde, hicieron todo lo posible por dar un buen servicio, resolver y además me regalaron una postal con mi orden. Sincerely the best! Thank you for what you do! Sinceramente los mejores, ¡gracias por lo que hacen!
