As they say no pain no gain and this app give me a lot of pain so i approve and recommend it

Exercises are nice and count is efficient, though I’d have preferred a harder challenge.

I love this app! After one day I was already tired. Though I will say, it is a little annoying when every time I open the app it asks if I want to join premium. Speaking of, I have a question for the developers. If I pay for premium on a signed in exercise app of yours (like this one) will that also enable premium features on all of the other exercise apps you have that I sign into? I have: arms for men, abs for men, legs for men, and “home workouts”. Overall, it’s a great app. Thanks!

As a guy that goes to the gym and does mostly upper body this leg workout is harder than it looks

I’m a kid and it’s so fun to do this even if you get tired, I know you won’t believe me but this is really cool try it

So i am a 11 year old kid who’s dream is to play in the National Football League.
