Never seen an app that drains my phones battery as quick as this one. Other than that it’s not a bad app to control my creations.

Combine this app with the LEGO DC Super Heroes App-Controlled Batmobile (76112), the LEGO City Cargo Train (60198), or the LEGO City Passenger Train (60197) (each sold separately) to operate the motorized engines via Bluetooth controls, or use your imagination and build entirely new creations using LEGO Powered Up components and bring them to life by coding them. Make your models move and respond to real-world events.
The LEGO Powered Up app puts you in the driver’s seat of the awesome 4-wheel-drive Batmobile to speed through the streets of GOTHAM CITY™. Drive forwards, backwards, left and right… or pull 360-degree turns! You can even activate cool tricks and stunts as you become the Dark Knight and fight crime. You can customize and code your Batmobile tricks and choose your sounds and movements – pretty awesome!
The LEGO Powered Up app also controls LEGO trains to haul goods or pick up passengers around LEGO City. You can control the speed, change directions, and bring even more life to your play with various sounds such as a whistle, passenger announcement, railroad crossing bell, and more! The Bluetooth remote control app and the remote control handset included in the LEGO City train sets aren’t compatible with older infrared remote-controlled LEGO train sets.
Thanks to Powered Up components like hubs, motors, sensors, and lights you will be able to bring your customized creations to life. You can also bring your existing LEGO models to life.

Missing Content
From your device check page “ The LEGO® BOOST Star Wars™ app is now only available to download as part of the LEGO Powered Up app” Buy that’s not the case, I cannot find content from the original LEGO BOOST Star Wars app. Which means my set is now missing lots of fun it was supposed to have. Can Lego make sure the content is not removed when they are retiring/replacing an app? I’ll be worried getting another sets that works with an APP in the future.
No sound on iPhone X
Working excellent for speed control with more speed steps than supplied Lego controller. Sound doesn’t seem to work at all on iPhone X. Really great to see Lego using Bluetooth in the City Trains now!
Above bare minimum
It has pemade controls, coding, and is certainly worse than a computer app, but is still better than expected. Unless youve spent over 250 on lego, this apps for you
One of the code blocks are not working properly!
I was coding a rc car till I noticed something about the steering it doesn’t work properly. SO I deleted the block and replaced it The problem is almost fix is it just the fact that the code block is not working properly…I think.
I am super disappointed
I was gonna use the app to control this custom train I built (it has 2 powered up l motors). The hub responded to the app, but the motors were not being controlled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Do NOT get this app if you are using it to control a custom build that uses powered up.
Doesn’t work at all
So I trying to connect but my 42176 Lego car would not connect at all and handset works than my car and need a update to test it again and hopefully it connect my car to it if not it would be so annoying and would never use this until it works
great app! but it needs 1 feature.
I don’t know what the blocks mean.
