It just doesn’t work properly
Cute idea but it doesn’t move on days properly and it just seems super buggy. For a thing that literally has one job a bit bewildering. Also doesn’t integrate with apple health despite apple health sending me to it.
Yes, Less is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
🤔 The Less app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.

Useful app that helps remind to consider alcohol intake
Hey Zero Longevity Science Inc., Frustrating Lack of Updates and Ignored Feedback. I initially wrote a review about a year and a half ago with specific suggestions for the Less Alcohol Tracker app after being invited to share feedback. I don’t usually write reviews, but I thought my input might lead to improvements. Yet, here we are, with the same issues persisting and not a single update addressing customer concerns. In my previous review, I requested: 1. Connection to Apple Health 2. A list of drinks to select from, or the option to manually enter 3. Manually entered drinks, calories, and additional data 4. Dark Mode Unfortunately, nothing has changed, apart from the app that connects and works well with the Apple Health App. Since then, the need for improvements has only grown. I’m disappointed by the lack of attention to feedback from loyal users. Here’s an updated list of essentials that would greatly enhance the app experience: 1. Dark mode — a must-have. 2. The ability to manually add drinks for previous days. 3. Reminders/prompts to add daily entries. 4. A smoother calendar section, which currently suffers from lag. 5. A refreshed interface in line with iOS 18 or later. 6. Regular updates to improve the app’s performance. 7. Acknowledgment of and response to customer reviews and feedback. 8. App Icon needs to be aligned with iOS 18 dark themed mode. Why is it so challenging for a company like Zero Longevity Science Inc. to prioritize and implement these basic features? I’m considering reaching out directly to Apple or reporting the app’s issues to the App Store. Please get this app sorted out, it has potential, but users deserve a responsive team that values feedback and keeps the app current. FIX IT. Nik R
This is a great app easy to use, the only thing I cannot get it to sync with the Apple Health App
Doesn’t show true reading as unable to edit previous dates
This has been very helpful to me. It helps visualise the lower consumption and gives a good motivation when you veer off your own stated goals. It could do with a little free txt area to put in your own motivational messages to help get back on track or even a motivational picture insert (who you are doing this for (apart from yourself) as a daily in app reminder to keep you focused. But overall a very decent, simple to use/navigate app.
Whilst the streak data is tracking correctly and the month you are on appears to be working, no other data points look to be correct. For instance I have not had a drink for 28 days, it says I have been 20 odd weeks under the limit. Not sure that is possible as I not been using the app for that long. You also look at the data for past months and it says I have been over my limit. How can that be? The only thing I look at and rely on is the current and longest streak, the rest doesn’t work.
Downloaded the app which immediately told me I had been alcohol free for like 75 days - could I find out how to reset this? No. It’s not on the FAQ’s I searched high and low and in the end deleted the app. How ridiculous is it that the app immediately populates previous months as a drink free streak?
I like the look of it, but I only downloaded as I thought it had Apple Health integration. The Drink Aware app has a more accurate alcohol / unit based system that I’d like to see here. And then bring in sleep data and HRV from the Health app to see if there are correlation between how much alcohol you consume and your energy levels the following days. I use Zero all the time, so I’m sure this will be improved over time.
I understand units of alcohol and there is nowhere in this app that measures units. Drinks mean absolutely nothing when % alcohol differs from drink to drink. Pointless and useless.
