My subscription is until end of July - I paid a whole year upfront. But now 6 months later even tho I’m logged in, it tells me everything is behind the pro subscription and that if I want to see my data again, I’ll have to subscribe I thought there was a hiccup in the backend so I let it go for a few days. It’s been a week now. I didn’t expect to have to make another subscription after prepaying for a full year - I want a refund

Love the display on my watch but I’m over the poor function. The app constantly takes readings at the worst possible times. Of course my heart rate was high I was in the middle of a workout! I’ll go from 0%, need to rest, to 100%, ready to train in 5 mins. I’m constantly doing a mindfulness session to recalibrate the readings. All of this information is on apple health, it’s just a matter of finding it. Will not purchase again.
I love the app, it’s actually very accurate for the most part. The biggest problem I have is the stress chart shows a 0 but when you hover over the chart there’s an actual stress value assigned that’s not 0 so it’s a pretty unreliable chart. This happens everyday for me in the app and the widgets. Will probably not renew the paid membership until the bugs are resolved.
Got this for the Apple Watch Widgets, 10/10 very useful. When I finally caved and paid for a year I ended up loving the phone widgets too. $30 for the whole year? Definitely worth it to have the data so accessible.
Cannot link to Fitbit for steps. This is a deal breaker
This app seems rushed and they base their various scores on snapshot data like HRV and heat rate (while surprisingly not factoring in sleep). Their latest data point is battery which seems to make no sense whatsoever.
This app has a great UX. I like its simplicity and how it helps me better understand all my data. I wish they added more features like meditation; that way, I can keep track of how many days I meditate. Also, it could be added to the journal automatically without me having to input it every morning, which would help the algorithm.
I use this app daily. It is the best health analytics app I have found. There are others that offer more. But I find myself using this one more than any other.
