I’ve been telling myself I don’t have time to do Pilates and breath work and the reality is I have the time because MY TIME the most important part of each day 💕

I love the Lindywell Pilates, workouts! I have subscribed now for a couple years. I have had hip issues in the past and doing these regular workouts have eliminated those problems. Workouts are easy to follow, and I like the calendar or the ability to choose specific workouts.

I’ve been using Robin Long‘s Pilates classes for years.

I’ve been a member of the Sisterhood for years and I still can’t get enough Pilates. Robin is amazing! And the app is fantastic. It’s great at tracking my workouts and there are plenty to choose from. I love the recipes as well. 5 out of 5!

For those like me who have a hard time finding the time to get to the gym or feel self conscious there, the Lindywell App is the answer. Now in my mid 50’s, Pilates has the ideal exercise for me. The app keeps track of when I’m exercising with the calendar function but I also have the option to choose a specific type of workout depending on how I’m feeling that day. The recipes have been amazing as well. The community is encouraging without feeling like someone is always pushing on you. I have had a subscription for several years and it is cheaper than a gym membership and oh so much more convenient. I love the instructors and the Grace Over Guilt theme. I highly recommend this app to everyone!

I have subscribed for 3 years now. I have confidence that each time I choose to get on my mat with Robin or any of the other talented engaging staff, I will be following g my int toons to take good care of this 76 year old body of mine. I’ve been doing lindy well since 3/21 and I love it My body has definitely gotten stronger though I have a ways to go! I do a workout every day with Lindywell except the one day a week I do weights with a trainer. I love “Done for the Day” and Grace over Guilt” Thankyou for being there . It is a great program!

This app is a wonderful help to me in my striving for wellness journey! I recommend it above any other app! Gratitude for concept of Grace over guilt!

Been a Lindywell member from the beginning and the app is incredible! So easy to use! Love that you can save your favorite workouts and search for areas of focus (abs, legs, arms, full body) or amount of time. (Love the 15 mins or less!) Highly recommend for consistency and accountability! You also get celebrated with confetti every time you do a workout!
