I thank God for my line it’s such a blessing to me especially when I go out of the country I use my IPad and it so good for me I’ve had my IPad for a long time and I will continue to use it thank you so very much Blessings
The product is amazing. I used it for years. Then they cancelled my phone without warning. There is no resolution. Customer service refused to explain why. They refused to put me in contact with someone who could explain. They refused to resolve the confusion in any way. If you use it, I suggest paying monthly rather than yearly. They didn’t reimburse me for the ten months still left on my annual purchase. In my opinion, there are other apps that do the same thing just as well (if not better) that have a better customer service department.
False advertising, app isn’t free
We’ve used Line 2 for years now and the customer service has only gotten worse with little to no help, zero sense of urgency, and days in between replies. Countless emails, phone calls, voicemail, no call back, only unhelpful emails telling me to do something I’ve already done had they simply looked. Messaging is now disabled even though everything on our website reflects exactly what their own FAQ page states. Help tickets get kicked around to multiple people ending in zero resolution. Response times are abysmal. I am astonished they are still in business operating in this manner. - MIL-SPEC Landscaping

Lag on calls and unending changes that affect our line services.
THE APP CONSTANTLY SIGNS ME OUT. ITS AWFUL, EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS I GET SIGNED OUT AND HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG ITS LOGGED ME OUT I COULD BE MISSING IMPORTANT CALLS
