This isn’t going very well so far. It is crucial that I receive text messages and voicemails because I’m using this number to get a job in a different area of the country… So it’s my livelihood! I can’t find my text messages and customer support is only available 8 to 8 Monday through Friday. I can’t figure out how to get VOICEMAIL to work and their website is very difficult to follow. Also, the screens that they show you in the online help and YouTube videos don’t match the app screens!
I wanted to love it, but had nothing but problems with both the Mac and iOS apps. Customer support was abysmal. Happy that I was able to get a full refund.
Super buggy. Tech support is SLOW. Same problems come up again and again. Shopping around for alternative.
Most of the features do not work, I was under the impression that you could create contacts in the app separately from your phone. Not seeing a way to access recorded calls. My associates phone never rings and the apps are constantly signing us out
I don’t want to pay without trying the app out first.
This app seems to have great reviews. Maybe I just can’t figure it out. The voicemail options are not good. I’ve tried to make it my business name instead of my personal name and it just keeps reverting back to my personal name and I’ve also set it up to where it goes straight to voicemail, but it does not do that.

I use this program for my company, which I work for as a therapist. I am on my second year using it, it has logged me out at least several time a month-once a week, often doesn’t show me messages or calls until too late, and has very limited options as far as settings. It is very slow as well, despite the rest of my apps working without issue. It looks very unprofessional to clients. I have had to give out my personal number and email and use other avenues quite often. My company pays for it fortunately, otherwise I would never use this app due to how expensive it is. Google voice is free!
