Plagued with bots
Honestly? You can’t play, everywhere you turn there’s a swarm of bots, it’s all over the map, no exception. There are more bots than actual players. Worst part is NCSOFT is doing absolutely nothing about it.
Got accused of using 3rd party program and banned
Played only on iPhone/iPad using nothing but the official app downloaded from the App Store for a couple of weeks and suddenly got banned from the game for using “unapproved third-party program”. Multiple inquiries submitted to prove my innocence, but the NC support team I dealt with was simply useless that they didn’t even consider a slightest chance of them being wrong and kept repeating the same response saying I was guilty as charged. Failing to catch all the BOT accounts and those using illegal programs is one thing, but banning a legitimate player who was in fact excited to play with less bots after hearing over 10000 accounts got banned? Fail! Just unbelievably frustrating!
