It also provides a logbook to view past readings. No sign-up is required.
LinkBlucon app can share the glucose readings with the healthKit by enabling the option in settings. User can see his glucose levels in healthKit.

Loose connectivity
The app looses connectivity when the iphone screen go to sleep. Also the graph is not displayed in mmol/l. Now no graph is displayed.
Chart in mmol is not working! Please update
mg/dl does work, but when switching to mmol the chart does nothing, just a flat line. This app is amazing keep up the good work! Every diabetic should have this.
Could be better
Graphics of past measures use to work when in mg/dl (not in mmol/mol) now none of them are displayed. Seems that the App is not thoroughly tested before being released ...
