Beheer diabetes samen met de LibreLinkUp app - een hulpmiddel om iemands glucose van veraf te monitoren [1]. Nu met interactieve glucose-grafieken en glucose-alarmen [3, 4].
Met LibreLinkUp kunt u mensen die gebruik maken van een FreeStyle Libre sensor en een compatibele FreeStyle Libre-app monitoren en ondersteunen. U kunt een link maken door hen te vragen u uit te nodigen in hun app.
Of u nu een familielid, vriend of collega bent, de LibreLinkUp-app helpt u bij het monitoren en ondersteunen van mensen in uw leven zodat ze hun diabetes beter kunnen beheren. U kunt de LibreLinkUp-app gebruiken om hun glucose te bekijken met een snelle blik op uw telefoon als ze een FreeStyle Libre sensor en app gebruiken.
Innovaties zijn onder andere:
GLUCOSEGESCHIEDENIS EN -INZICHTEN: Raak de glucosegrafiek aan om de recente geschiedenis te bekijken, of bekijk een logboek met glucosescans [2] en alarmen [3, 4] - zodat u de glucosepatronen beter kunt begrijpen
GLUCOSE-ALARMEN: Ontvang waarschuwingen wanneer het glucosegehalte hoog of laag is, zodat u hen kunt helpen om actie te ondernemen [3, 4]
SENSORALARMEN Krijg een melding wanneer een nieuwe sensor wordt gestart, en wanneer een sensor en app de verbinding verliezen [3, 4]
DONKERE MODUS: Bekijk de glucosegegevens bij weinig licht, of het nu in een bioscoop is of midden in de nacht

Nice idea, but
The idea of monitoring a connection and getting a notification when values get to low/high is great, but the lack of being able to controle the (very loud) alarm puts me off.
I can either put the alarm off all together (which eleminates the purpose of using it) or get woken up or interrupted at work meetings with a loud alarm several times a day.
So:
As a user I would like to be able to controle the alarms and notifications by f.e. snoozing them, or a don’t disturb mode and to choose the type of notifications, so that I am not bothered by loud alarms when all I need is a notification and so I can continue using the app.
Hiring a UX- and UI designer might help.
No notifications, please help.
Does not work properly. I really need this app to work good, so I can track my daughters health. But i’m missing notifications ALL the time. I feel like I have tried everything to make it work. I can not refresh the app, wich is also very annoying. I have the latest version and good internet connection.
Setting crashes app
When touching settings icon, app crashes, so can’t set up alerts. Found workaround with IFTTT but should be working!
Logs out spontaneously
Why is the app logging out for no reason st random times? It is also not possible to store email and passw in iphone passw manager.
Improvement
As a parent of a son with diabetes we would like to have more possibilities in the app. Such as an alarm witch can also be push if the telephone is on silence. We have our phones always with us but sometime on silence and the only thing that may break the silence is the alarm. On the app from my sun witch he can scan there it is possible. Also more graphics would be nice
Not working on iPhone 8 iOS 14.2
Install app. Button shows up. Press button. Nothing happens. The damn point of this app being to keep an eye on my child’s glucose levels. Abbott get your sh&t together and get professionals to build your app.
And the standard response to call customer service in the US is poor show. Build a proper app. Can you not read the comments leave here??

Great app to follow our daughter’s readings. Not all push messages come through after the last update.
The option I mis the most as parent of a youngster is the option to break through DND/night mode. (Feature request)
