I was verbally promised I would be credited all fees and charges while Linkt attempted to send me a working toll link. This has not been done

Very handy account to have and having the app on the phone makes it easier.
Tolls
No tagg fee that’s ridiculous
Terrible
Can’t change password easily, constantly crashes. Absolutely impossible to get monthly statements for some reason even after calling the help line. Trying to login to the website from the app is also terrible. Often crashes and constantly asks me to receive push notifications. Total garbage app. Sort it out.
Linkt forever
What an amazing app! Unfailingly reminds me when I've exceeded my top up limit. If we could only use it to run our trains.
Query on balance
All very good particularly when interstate. However am receiving texts asking me to pay which appear false based on statements. Has there been hacking and please advise if account in credit Marcus Clark
