This is such a disappointing product because it should be so good. It's being let down by sloppy software and developers who refuse to listen to their customers. Getting the various products and the app to all work together is not possible. There are to few options to customise things like the type of lighting on the helmet, duration of turn signals etc. All things that can easily be fixed in software. Sorry to say that all too often otherwise excellent Chinese products are let down by sloppy software.

just downloaded latest update and it crashes after a couple of seconds. I’m sure when they fix a few more bugs it will work better at the moment it’s hopeless.

Feel like this is the first iteration of an app that’s still in development. Bought BH60SE which comes with a handle bar remote which doesn’t connect to the helmet until half through the ride but the app connects straight away. However, the app does not have screen lock so the phone turns off which renders the app useless as I can’t unlock the phone to use the turn signals. The helmet also does not keep any setting applied from the app. I don’t like my rear lights flashing on my helmet in daylight, despite choosing close on the app each time I turn the helmet on its back to default.

Pointless app - can’t create an account, so can’t use functionality. Tried it using email / phone on three different devices.

Good app that would be better if you can bind more than one helmet as I have 2 one that I use with bike and other that is used with scooter

I was so excited to get this, however, I can not get the headset to load on my iPhone XR.. I have done everything it has asked and still no calls or sound from headphones

I’ve had this app for a month and now when I go on it it freezes and doesn’t do anything I deleted and re downloaded and did same thing DO NOT GET

One star only for hiding the fact that push to talk doesn’t really work for iOS. This information is hidden from consumers and you only fond out when you buy. I have purchased two of them only on this basis. Very disappointing, they should be honest and lost limitations on their website.

Just taken delivery of the Brompton H6L Electric foldable bike. Totally impressed with its appearance, functionality and ride quality. So it’s time to upgrade my old cheapo helmets. After reviewing what Smart Helmets are about and those coming I finally decided on the Liveall BH51M, it arrived from Amazon this afternoon and I spent the time it took to fully charge trying to find the best location for the remote control unit and master all the functions. I followed all the printed instructions and watched the “How to...” movies that are embedded in the app (iPhone 11 Pro Max) and I was ready. Once it was charged I went through the set up procedure to the letter but found the instructions and the actual function to be slightly out of sync, so a good two hours later I finally had it beat. It functions as advertised and I am very happy with the end result. I have deducted 1 star for the the two hours set up which should have been 15 mins. Well that’s a job well done, and I will try it out for real tomorrow. Lastly the reason for the new helmet, I’m coming up to 69 and my family call me accident prone, so they are pleased to see me being careful and should the worst happen then they will know about it about the same time as me if I have an accident.
