Keeps losing credentials. That in itself wouldn’t be to much of an issue if it worked with the strongbox password safe, but it doesn’t like to have a password pasted, at least the IOS version. Extremely frustrating.

Even if the food was free I would stay away from this app.

Used to work great until last update. Since then it stopped working. Gets me through the order process but can’t go to final payment so order won’t go through. Very frustrating! Update: Told that it has been fixed. Still can’t get to the shopping cart. Waiting in line is not an option for me most of days so I just skip it all together.

This app was amazing, but since the update it has not worked. Not sure if it’s just Apple products it’s not working on. But don’t update if you want this app to work

Did work in the last version. Now nothing. Sorry but it is worth testing before posting an update.

App doesn’t even work

Pay function doesn’t work. Won’t recognize credit card

Extremely buggy signup and password reset process. Half the time on iOS 12 you cannot even focus or type into the field required for your email or password, you have to reset the app in order to try again. Became so frustrated with this after trying five or six times that I just haven’t bothered.

This is the worst app. It allows you to choose options that aren’t even available. Tonight I went to order a hot food item from Tim Horton’s to find out they do not serve any after 10 pm. So they reimbursed me my $ not including the tax I paid on my purchase? And then was hassled by the people who work there because I should know they don’t serve hot food after 10. They don’t allow you to add items to your order- for example if you want tomato added to your bagel. It’s fine for basic ordering like coffee but anything else it’s a nightmare.

Saves a lot of time by passing lines at Tim’s in St Joes Hamilton and staff is generally on top of app orders, small ice coffee’s were actually cheaper on app than in store by 70 cents which was a real deal but has recently been changed to regular price. My big issue is that regular ice caps cannot be ordered with Life only white milk and chocolate. Please fix this. God I love cream.
