If more than one person is talking the app jumbles all people talking into the same dialogue so you can’t read who is saying what? I had high hopes for this but was really disappointed then when it came to canceling it I’m now having difficulty canceling it! This app would be good for a one on one conversation but if more than one person or if a TV or radio is on in the vicinity it is totally useless!!! And a wast of money!!!

Live transcribe Pro allows this DefGuy to once again attend meetings, classes, and enjoy some conversation in some restaurants. Noise suppression and directional pickup could be better. The bullet point transcription Summaries are wonderful. However, there seems no easy way to transfer the transcript and/or bullet point summary from iPhone to email or text. I would gladly pay more for those features. That’s why only 4 stars and not 5. I am a heavy user.

There is no explanation of the costs or even just what the difference is between a basic subscription and pro. Ridiculous. I even went to the website, expecting some info but no, just fluff. I’m about to delete it and I never even got to use it.

Unbelieveble I just hope you will last

I am hearing impaired and had been asked to serve on a large non-profit fund raising committee. I was concerned that I would not be able to follow the people all over the room. I got this app to see if it would be beneficial to me. Let me just say-I am so IMPRESSED! I was in a large room with about 40 people and it captioned everything everyone was saying LIVE. It was quick with very few errors which was easy to figure out. I highly recommend this app! Thank you for this app!

I’m Deaf and was checking this out to see if it would be easier to use for a job if i can get hired. But you have to pay to do anything but type. Theres no free version of app. Just a stupid 3 day free trial. I’m living on fixed low income ssdi benefits while trying to get hired for a job that if I’m lucky will pay $15/hr. I can’t be spending that much on a transcription app. If you Deaf, save your money and just use pages app or notes app and the speech to text button like I do.

I tried this out in a technical conference using a Bluetooth microphone with my iPhone and its performance was halting and very few correct transcriptions, much of it was incorrect renditions. Sound levels were adequate but lots of technical medical terms were used in my trials in the conference. So I canceled my free trial.m and do not intend to subscribe any further.

Paid for a years subscription. Didn’t work with any reliably. Cancelled auto renewal. Keep trying but zilch on cellular or Wi-Fi.

I love this app. Wish I could afford the unlimited Pro version bec of how much I need to use it and bec the 3 ‘ use distance isn’t a problem. Hope prices come down soon. Anyway good job on the transcribing. Also customer service has been patient in dealing with my questions after misunderstanding about Pro and Basic.
