Lively ~ Cycle Syncing, Period

This app essentially does what the cycle tracking in Apple’s health app does, except Apple actually saves your symptoms that you log as well, not just your cycle lengths. Something that is helpful if you’re trying to find patterns that can help you understand your cycle better and might need to report to your DOCTOR. Someone else said the same thing: this app is a scam profiting off women!

I wanted this to be good, but the information is borderline unusable, the user interface is clunky and frustrating, and I couldn’t find research to back up some of their claims. When I asked for a refund, they denied me twice. Clearly looking just to make money & not actually help women.

I’m not sure if this is an ongoing issue or if something is wrong with the app on IOS, or just on my phone? Everytime I try to sign up it works perfectly fine until I sync my cycle. When I select the date of my last period it doesn’t allow me to click the button to continue, not even when I uninstall and reinstall the app. There aren’t any issues with my screen on other apps

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lively, it is the only period tracker that works for me, it’s perfect, however I am unable to have notifications, I’ve been using lively for over a month and haven’t gotten any notifications (even though it said they were on) I got in touch with the support and they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did and now I don’t even have the option to, I open settings and nothing works, I have tried to explain this to them, however no help. I love Lively, but please fix this!

Not accurate at all

I purchased this app in May 2024, in November I got a new phone and when I logged in using my icloud account it prompted me to start again from scratch. I emailed customer support on November 19th and received an automated response that I was in the queue and would hear back in 3 business days. Today is December 15th and even after two follow up emails, I have yet to even get a response. At this point I just want my refund bc this is cycle two without being able to use the app that I paid for.

Admittedly only had this app for about 24 hours, but I don’t see a point when it is super glitchy. I went in to customize my cycle length and stats (e.g., height, weight, etc.). And it kept defaulting back to preset stats. My cycle length is 30 days, so it’s placing me in the wrong phase. I tried to play around with this multiple times and, despite saving my stats and the app registering that I made a change, no actual change was made. Definitely not inclined to pay for an app this glitchy.

This app doesn’t have a feature to switch to “pregnant” if you are - which I think is a seriously misleading part of the app. There are better apps out there, I didn’t like this one and feel robbed because now it is useless for me and I paid for it for a year.

This company- AFTER I CANCELLED - continues to try and charge me constantly. I contacted Apple and they said that they “can’t” idk what scam they have going but AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Apple said that this app has it set up to where I would have to pay, then ask for a refund. Absolutely not. Tried contacting this “company” but couldn’t get a response.
