Cycle Syncing & Period Tracker

I was using another really popular period tracking app before, and while it was good, Lively is so much better! I love that it gives more information as to what phase I’m in and what is best for me to do during this phase. Its beneficial to create a routine and feel put together. I love the style of the app too, looks so aesthetically pleasing. I also really like the partner sharing option it has, where you can share a code with a person to have access to the app & your cycle. I truly think this is an app that is going to drastically improve a woman’s experience with her period.

Okay, I love the insight this app gives me. The subscription I feel was worth it for a little bit but it feels a little all over the place when it comes to what you can do, eat, etc during your cycle to assist in cycle syncing. I think instead of having them all clustered together in random order that it would be helpful if they were alphabetical and maybe something to help you understand how to get the best use out of the app. I LOVE that it suggests how to add certain food into your diet though I never did anything extra. Overall I think the app is great and layout is nice it could just use some organizing and a quick tutorial that can be skipped or selected if we want it. Also getting rid of duplicates or similar items. Can’t wait to see the changes made to this app to make it more useful!

I like and appreciate the app, however, as a woman I already deal with pink tax and spending an unreasonable amount of money on sanitary products - why not cut us some slack and actually help WITHOUT profiting off of our periods like so many other companies already do??? My body is a slave to capitalism and I have to budget for metal filled tampons because bleeding in the open offends society. But hey let’s make an app that costs women (the gender that already makes less and pays more) an additional $30 a month to understand their cycle since science class taught them nothing 🥴🥱 How helpful is this when it adds to the frustration and burden that being a woman already comes with?

Great concept, not many of the aspects are available unless you pay.

The app is absolutely gorgeous and I love the partner-sharing feature! I do wish that there was an option to add my birth control method. The insights are not always accurate because I don't ovulate on the pill. Otherwise, its wonderful and I will definitely be using this app when I'm looking to start my family. Thanks!!

It’s an amazing app but what happened to the low medium and high energy symptoms go? It helped me log my autoimmune symptoms along with my period ones and the energy levels were a huge part of why I loved this app.

At first I really liked this app, I paid for the annual membership. Then I bought a new phone, which wiped out all of my data saved in the lively app. Reached out to customer service who has provided zero help. Total waste of money and I’m beyond annoyed.

I adore this app over the competitors. It shows you what hormones, gives advice on what to eat, do, etc. I think the only thing I wish I could have is to as my own activities and symptoms. I have PMDD and am IUD and it would be lovely to track! This may just be a factor I haven’t found though..
