No data after a week
I used the 7-day free trial and I’m glad I didn’t pay for this trash. I only got spotty little bits of data with no consistency or value at all. According to this app, I have 0 battery and have not slept a wink all week. Utter garbage.
Data needs to update
App does not pull in the data daily like it needs. Did not pull over sleep data and sort of days levels to work on.

Was supposed to be free from AppAdvice but it isn’t there’s no lifetime option , only subsection base model. Scam‼️
Finally! An Excellent Tracker!
This app provides data WITH insights that are easy to read and understand. Plus, they’re super accurate, I slept terribly and got tired way earlier in the day & the app’s data totally correlated to my energy levels, sleep, and even stress levels (I can literally see how much I hate meetings). Excellent work, already a subscriber!

Pro does not work. Scam.
I purchased the all time pro version for a one fee of $39.99. The pro functions never worked and two days later the app turned pro off all together asking for another fee to re-activate the functions.

The Best Health Tracking App!
I looked for so long for a good heath tracking watch for my Apple Watch and after trying all the others I just wasn’t finding the value with any of them. All either too expensive or not the features I wanted. Then luckily I stumbled across Livity. Livity has been everything I could ask for and most importantly- FREE! I can tell that the app creator puts a lot of work into the app with constant updates making the app so much more helpful everytime. If you are looking for a health tracking app, look no further! Livity has been great and can’t recommend it enough!
Complete Health Tracking Solution
Livity is a complete and functional app providing great visibility into what is going on with your body. I use it to track everything from sleep, to my workout routines, to the stress on my body. With the recent updates and enhancements I have moved to pro version to be able to take advantage of all features. If you want a good and solid understanding of what is going on with your body then I would highly recommend Livity.
