★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with Livspace – Please Read Before Booking! Our experience with Livspace started with big promises. They initially claimed they would take care of everything end-to-end, making it seem like a smooth journey. Once we paid the advance, they arranged one serious design meeting where we shared our expectations and selected materials. But here's the problem: there was no proper guidance. They simply noted down whatever we said without suggesting what would work better or helping us avoid practical issues. Every small change — a curve here, a small shutter there — came with an increased cost. We spent the whole day in that meeting, missed a few details (like ceiling designs), and they quietly did it plain but still charged us. After this, they send you a document (pro tip: DO NOT sign immediately) — it took nearly a month to reach this stage. Then you get the 3D design, and when you ask for corrections, you're told it’ll take weeks. We told them to start the work and make changes along the way — they ignored that completely. When work finally began (a month later), they followed the old 3D design, completely ignoring the changes discussed during on-site meetings. It took them 4–5 months to complete only the bare minimum — cupboard and beds — so we had to move in, tired and frustrated. Then comes the trap: they push you to sign handover papers, reassuring you that remaining work will be done soon, since it's “mentioned” in the document. It’s been 2 months since we moved in, and we’re still chasing the project manager daily — with no luck. We're now being ignored, and it’s clear they lost interest once we paid in full and shifted in. Please don’t fall for the brand name — if you value peace of mind, go with a trusted local interior designer who’s actually accountable. This was not the dream home experience we were promised — it turned into a stressful, expensive, and poorly managed journey.
So after multiple consideration I have given my kitchen and furniture work to the Livspace. Before paying advance I have informed them my budget and requirements but just to complete their sales target their business manager Ritu Khatri over promised and have given assurity that they will do work as per my budget and requirements after paying advance amount they are saying it is not possible in my budget and have to stretch my budget. I have paid more than 3L and now they are not responding properly not taking calls, after paying this much amount still these guys are treating us so bad. I have decided to not go further with Livspace and want my refund but their employees just giving excuses, very unprofessional! Just an advice for everyone do not go with the Livspace. Company is just doing fraud with the customers. #poor_service

For all the people who would check this review. Please be vigilant and ask these questions in your FIRST meeting and get it recorded either on video or ask them to send this IN WRITING on WhatsApp. 1. Ask everything about the 10 year warranty - The claims are false and there’s NO WARRANTY associated, certainly NOT a “No Questions Asked” policy. Even in case of minor scratches, or if you want to install some lights (externally via some other vendor), the warranty gets void. Ask ample amount of questions and RECORD each answer. To be truthful - There is NO 10 warranty AT ALL. Refer to the screenshot attached to read exact warranty policy. 2. Ask about their REFUND policy - As per their policy THERE IS NO REFUND policy. So, if you take their TABLE offer and pay 25k THERE’S no going back post this. You won’t be able to uncover all the truths in the first meeting so it’s better to explore other options rather than paying and loosing on your hard earned 25k. The only way to exit Livspace would be to pay 2Lacs to Livspace and buy 2 lacs worth products(sounds unfair trade practice to me). 3. Ask them full cost on the FIRST meeting itself - this includes the Handles that they use for the drawers, the fillers that they use, etc. It will happen that they will quote some amount but during your design process- the estimate will be much much much much higher than the original estimate. And since you have already paid the booking amount and any other amount even if you don’t want to go forward with Livspace - you won’t be able to because of their NO REFUND policy. 4. Designing - Livspace is not entirely an Interior Design company. It works mostly on their MODULAR Furniture sales ONLY. Please do not get influenced easily because they hire the best sales rep person to sell their modular furniture in the name of Interior Designing. The levels of customisation that you would want in your home by spending such huge amounts of- Livspace won’t be able to provide - not atleast under normal budgets. Money that you earn is REALLY hard earned and should not be wasted. Interior designing is an ART and there are soooo many humble and true artists (architects and interior designers) out there who would actually take your interior designing to their hearts and deliver an amazing makeover for your home. Since there is NO warranty at Livspace make a wise choice and then decide on what is best choice for your hard earned money.
