Livspace - For everything home

I keep getting “something went wrong”, never able to track ongoing project information. What is the point of having an app when its of no use for tracking project status.

Pls don’t go for Liv Space. Once you fall in their trap, they will frustrate you to the core. Your service request will take ages to close after repeated follow ups. Simply avoid Liv Space

We had a very disappointing experience with Livspace. They initially lured us in with a presentation at a luxurious hotel, showcasing high-quality designs and services that seemed professional and attractive. The app’s high ratings and positive reviews made us feel confident about moving forward with them, especially given their favorable comparison to other options in India. However, our experience took a turn for the worse after we paid the initial amount. Despite several requests and follow-ups, we are still waiting for a refund of our money, which they promised would be returned if we were dissatisfied. The pricing, which seemed high initially, turned out to be way above market standards, especially considering that they did not deliver on their promises. From our experience, Livspace appears more interested in collecting upfront fees than in delivering quality service or honoring commitments. We would strongly advise others to carefully consider this before going ahead with Livspace.

Very sorry to say but Livspace people are not serious at all . Initial funding started in jan 24 for booking and 50% paid in Aug 24 of more than 6 lakhs, when actually wanted the work to start . These people submitted first discussion paper in sept and final signing ✍️ paper yet to receive. I made 50% in Aug with intension that you will hand over the house in first week of oct , max dt was fixed 23rd of Oct , but till dt you are fail to send your final documents to signature ✍️.. horribly afraid off on your capabilities.. whether you are any more serious on your commitments. If not pl refund entire money deposited with clean OD interest along with letter of apology as you delayed my project .. we are living in rented house paying rent 17500 monthly will also be charge on you from month of Nov 24 till you hand over the house 🏠. Now you are no more eligible to get good 👍 reviews on your way of working and responses ..😡😡

I came in contact with the sells person of Livspace in month of feb sonika . she kept calling me everyday at least 3-4 times and convinced me to go with Livspace. My husband and I both are working so we thought even if this is costlier atleast we will have our home interior done hassle free. Little did we know what a terrible experience we are going to signing for. Post that we got a designer named Madhushree omg I must say I haven’t seen any one this useless than her. Somehow after 3-4 times of designer revision our designer got finalised. She used to take 1-2 week to make minor changes in the 3D. Then how project started we used to get daily updates and we were told our project will be finished on time We were delighted. Then we made 100 % payment , apparently this is the policy of Livspace customer make full payment then only they start the real work. The sign off date started approaching people started leaving Livspace not our problem right but then our “mind blowing “ designer told us project will be delayed by 28-30 days. She started making excuses we called her new manager because of course the old manager has left Livspace. We called regional manager Kartik. By the way he respond after 100s of messages and calls. They kept say we understand but we can’t do anything. Best part we have got 35k coupon when we thought of ordering hob and chimney our beloved designer told us that it will take 30days to get the product delivered which was never mentioned before. Basically we started talking to Livspace in month of feb it will go till the end of nov to complete furnishing of a 2bhk flat. Best wishes to everyone who even give a single thought of opting Livspace. I will recommend get it done with the most inexperienced person but never ever think of opting for Livspace.

Went to Alwarpet, Chennai branch for wardrobe and kitchen. Initial design started only if only advance is paid. After Design they force you to pay 80% of bill amount. Once paid, entire livspace team vanishes. You have to chase them for status by phone WhatsApp still you will not get proper response. After receipt of materials installation team arrived with insufficient people. They damaged the wall during installation and did not compensate for it. Quality work is just ok because there are some misalignments and gaps especially doors. Best part is Installation supervisor demanded 5 stars for the work they do. Actually they don’t deserve any stars or bonus. Overall I regret giving the work to livspace. The local carpenter did better job in my neighbourhood.

Even after logging in the app after providing phone/email, it asks you to fill up a form to get an estimate. So irritating.

Can’t sign up for account what wrong with this.

Third grade company, third grade designs and no execution capability, top it up with sub standard material and labour quality. Do hire them to lose sleep

App and customer services are worst. I installed the app but after login with my email id it was showing wrong project(may be some old one which I never started). After request it has been now almost one month and they are not able to update email id. You’ll find it very difficult to request anything from them but they will ask you for payment ontime (not even a single day delay)
