Your login process is ridiculous. It’s very difficult logging in for an international user with multiple handsets. Also, when logged in, a customer has difficulty accessing documents and other details.

My wife was familiar with Livspace, so we visited their experience center in JP Nagar and Marathahalli. We saw different materials, textures, and products there. We liked the interior designs so we finalized the deal with Livspace. Before Livspace I enquired about Bonito Designs as well but their quote was way out of my budget, so we went ahead with Livspace. Also, Livspace offers 10 years of warranty which was impressive because I felt if anything goes wrong Livspace team will be there to fix it, also the brand must be confident in their modular solutions hence giving this extended period of warranty. Right from interior designs to execution, everything was superb and bang on. I didn’t have to follow up or anything, the team was very good. The communication with the team was very easy. We communicated over WhatsApp calls and group chats, and whenever I had queries they responded right away. On 3D graphics, I was shown the exact design that I had in my mind. I have received exactly what I was looking for. Also, the quality of the modular solutions is great, I had 2 minor issues so I raised a complaint and in no time the issues were fixed by the team. Whoever visits my home asks about the interior designer and I have recommended it to my friends as well. In a single word, I can picture Livspace as seamless.

Do not opt service from Livspace. Pathetic process , pathetic management, pathetic work. Totally unprofessional. Total distress.

My experience with Livspace has been pretty good. The interior designer and project manager addressed all the changes I needed. All my queries were solved and addressed within a day or two. I’m very happy with the service I was provided with. Last year my friend got her interior designs done by Livspace, and she recommended Livspace to me as well as the project manager she was working with. Before taking the service, I visited the Livspace experience center in Marathahalli. In the experience center, it was really nice to see that all the designs in every corner were designed keeping a home in mind, along with different colours, themes, and textures. It actually helped us to decide on the theme to select for myself. It was very eye-catching. I was inspired by the modular kitchen interiors available in the experience centre and I selected the same for my home. It was well-designed and the materials are rich in quality. Also, the interior designer was really knowledgeable, it was very helpful for me as I do not possess much knowledge in interior design. The interior designer showed me different materials to help me understand better about interior design. Overall my experience is very good with Livspace. Before selecting Livspace I visited all the other major companies in the market. The option to customize the modular solutions by Livspace impressed me, whereas other brands were not open to the option of customization, hence I chose to get my interiors done by Livspace. The mechanisms used in the modular solutions are pretty good, and the other brands did not offer me such a good mechanism. The theme, colours, and lighting made my house look very good. The interior designer helped me to understand better what furniture and lights I should finalize and also recommended to me what lights should be used in different areas of my house. My experience with the Livspace team has been brilliant, The interior designer and the manager properly understood my requirements, and we received good suggestions from them. I’ll definitely recommend Livspace to my friends and family.
