Easy peasy lemon squeezy
Please add Online collection Function on Website and App. With just the code + credit card details. Generate a QR code and ticket. Either instantly download or send to my E-Mail. It is my 1st Time in UK. It is so unusual to print out the ticket while already having the collection code on phone. I bought it from 3rd party App at cheap price. Please really add this function. Normal People do NOT know, that they need to print it out. Normally on App is all done. Even Flixbus has this function. Just the code + credit card details please. Thank you very much. God bless you. Have a great Day. Please be Vegan👼
Great service
Very bad app. You must buy ticket from another app.
App is really easy to use. It has made booking, changing tickets and getting refund very straightforward!
I decided to use the LNER app this week rather than Trainline. I should not have bothered. I have found the app slow and unresponsive, it would not allow me to change my seat allocation. I have tried to use the delay repay function over the past 48 hours but just get the rotating circle. Very disappointing experience!!
The app is good but it is unimaginable slow. Wherever I click, on most options, the spinning wheel appears and stays spinning for a long time, sometimes forever (well, until I close the app). It’s not acceptable these days. For example, if a train is running late and we want to know more about it, the app should give us the details straight away, not waiting forever to load the information. Please fix this issue. Thank you
The at seat delivery service is an amazing concept but it’s seldom working (less than 10% of journeys) with the error “sorry we’re not taking orders right now”.
My favourite train provider. Easy to book, reasonable fares, clean and comfortable trains and nice stations.
I’m a season ticket holder. For the ‘delay repay’ function, I have to input the date and time of the train I am claiming for. The app uses this to pre-screen the train journey for any delays. In the most recent update, it blocks me from claiming on cancelled trains, telling me to contact the supplier of my ticket. However, LNER is the original supplier, I bought the ticket from LNER on this app! This is especially frustrating as there are frequent delays on LNER trains, with cancellations being the most costly (I have been stranded in London several times now).
