I ordered orange yellow color orchid which was costing 38 usd at-the time of order But they supply pink orchid which was costing 28 usd at the time of order After completing the same they don't take any action and also not interested in any returns
I can only write good things about LolaFlora. I have using the App for nearly a year now. The service is excellent and the delivery always on time. However, there should be some benefits for a regular customer. I have used the service more than 15 times, but there are no benefits or coupons or discounts. Other than this, no complaints!
I have been using the services regularly and have not felt any hassle so far.The flower delivery is prompt and amazing.I certainly recommend others to give it a chance.Good job guys ! Keep it up !
Had a nice experience but in the last delivery the company’s mistake they didn’t take responsibility of their mistake or their partners but I had to cancel my order n what they did is refunded my money. It’s not a matter of money but the effort emotions and the time put in. They didn’t have a nice response as far as customer service is concerned. All the good experience turned bad after the attitude and poor customer service. Thoroughly disappointed. And didn’t have time to argue or pursue it to the next level cz didn’t find it worth it. Better to just stop doing business. They anyways not waiting for a small business of mine but atleast I wouldn’t be uncomfortable to deal with a company like this. Thank u n regards.
Tengan cuidado, lo barato sale caro, te rebajan el dinero pero en la app sale que no fue aprobado el pago, no tienen redes sociales, ni Facebook, ni Instagram, todo los tienen dados de baja, tengan cuidado busquen alguna otra opción ya que esta no es nada confiable, antes de comprar no comentan el error que yo cometí y lean todas las reseñas. El día de ayer realice un pedido de un arreglo floral directamente desde su app, en un principio se iba actualizando lo podía ver desde la aplicación, me enviaron foto del arreglo y después en la app dejo de aparecer mi pedido, solo desde mi correo podía ingresar al mensaje que me habían enviado para darle seguimiento y nunca cambio de la opción en reparto, envié mensaje al vendedor para saber si me podía dar alguna información, pero jamás recibí respuesta, la persona a la que le tenia que llegar el arreglo no pudo recibirlo, realmente es muy decepcionante que no puedan brindar algún tipo de solución.
Me cancelaron un pedido ya que alegan que no hubo cobertura en la zona de entrega, cuando previamente ya habian hecho una entrega a esta zona. No volveré a utilizar sus servicios.
Nunca me quejo de nada pero esta vez si colmaron mi paciencia. Cuando tienes un problema nadie te ayuda y parece que estás mi entiendo, te tratan como tal. La aplicación debería verificar los productos de terceros que vende, entregan cosas en pésimo estado
Realice un pedido que cobraron y aseguraron haber entregado y jamás llegó, nadie contesta, su chat es una basura, no hay quien te resuelva
Mala aplicación, te aparecen fallas de pago en su app y si te cobran, nunca te dicen para devolverte tu dinero y si aceptan el servicio te hablan 20 min antes de la hora de entrega para decirte que no servicio hará.
