Still not working properly iOS
It’s never been stable for over a year now. My issue is I don’t know if the app even works. I don’t get system alerts when Apple releases an update. I’ve had variants of this problem and many interactions with developers but it works didn’t work they release updates but after a year I’m back at square one with no confidence the app does anything.
I’m using the latest version of the app, my phone is a new iPhone15 always updated to latest iOS.
It’s frustrating that a security app I pay for causes me my biggest security concerns by these erratic faults.

Renewed 1 year package and still getting basic
Sent an email. No response and still on basic despite paying to upgrade 1 day late. Out of pocket and no premium product.
Still not working 4 months
Just downloaded the latest update. This app has gone from great to unreliable and provides me incorrect information on security. I’ve written to them they’ve acknowledged they have an issue with some iPhones, they told me they had a fix. It’s been months no fix. They’ve tried to shut my case because they say they have a fix but I’m not sure they know what’s happening with my problem and the fix they think they have hasn’t changed anything for me. Then I received an email from them asking me to change my rating of the app because they have a fix. Bottom line there’s no fix for my problem, it tells me I have the latest OS version when I don’t. The security area just shows the spinning wheel perpetually. How can I assume any of it is right off I know one of the areas is totally wrong. Extremely disappointed.

This app tells me everything I need to know when my phone needsa very useful weapon to have . Protects, blocks and warns. Along with ongoing information. Well done:—)))software update to if the network I am on is safe. Thank you for looking out for me
Not sure what they are doing
App hasn’t worked right on my iphone15 for ages. The acknowledge they have a problem but I’m not sure they know it’s my problem or I’m just getting shoved aside. I gave them a one star rating and the response was, along the lines we know there’s a problem there’s a fix but it’s not released yet but now your problem is totally fixed can you change your rating? Used to be a good reliable app.
Crashes all the time
Since it became Lookout life I was not able to use it at all. If you try to click on anything it will restarts and same circle of death.
Hard to change and scan another email ID. It was lot better before. If it doesn’t work for iPhone anymore they must be honest to the customers so they don’t waste their money.
I had to write a review here coz it crashed few times when I try to use the support feature too. Waste of money

So slow
The app on both my iPhone and iPad takes so long to load and perform tasks. Sometimes it just hangs and has to be restarted to work properly.
