Я начала использовать это приложение с надеждой, что смогу отслеживать сжигаемые калории и улучшить свои тренировки. На протяжении 10 дней я искренне верила, что сжигаю 200 калорий за каждую тренировку, но теперь понимаю, что это было полное вранье.
Приложение заявляет, что сжигаются невероятно высокие количества калорий — например, 200 за тренировку. Я усердно занималась, рассчитывая, что мои усилия приведут к результату, но когда я пересчитала все сжигаемые калории, цифры были абсолютно занижены. Приложение сильно завышает данные и не учитывает множество факторов, которые реально влияют на количество сожженных калорий. В результате я тратила время на тренировки, а результата не было.
Не доверяйте этим цифрам. Приложение не является точным, оно просто вводит в заблуждение пользователей, предлагая завышенные ожидания. Вместо того чтобы мотивировать, оно вызывает разочарование. Я бы порекомендовала искать более точные и проверенные приложения для отслеживания тренировок и калорий.

Honestly its ok, but you need to pay to do most of the good workouts, and before every tip it has an ad, before every workout, ad, after ever workout, ad you get the point, it doesn’t even let me skip!

This is a really good app! It counts the day days that you have done the exercise so you don’t lose track. I haven’t lost any weight yet beachside I only just started a couple of days ago. But it got me back on track! I highly recommend.
