Opravdu skvělá aplikace, sestaví cvičení na 30 dní, podle toho jakou obtížnost si zvolíte. Navíc je možnost přidání i vlastního plánu. Obsahuje také ranní rozcvičky a večerní cvičení 😌 krásné grafické zpracování, prostě nemám co vytknout, za mě špica❤️👍🏻
