This is actually a very good app. access to many exercises without having to go premium at every turn. I feel I can handle the workouts & can pause if I need to run to the loo . You can pause & look at a video If your not sure your doing the exercise right. It’s better to do a little exercise most days than do nothing every day 😊

I love this app I have searched the App Store for a fitness app that you do not have to pay for and this is it but if you want you can pay for extra features but I use the features that I have and they are working fine

I’m a beginner at workouts and this App has been the best I’ve ever used. I’m using it almost two months now, and I finished the first programme. I decided to make my own programme based on exercises and areas of my body that need most work. I love the videos and pictures that show you how to do the exercise correctly. This is all free. Amazing, and thank you!
