Turn it on, then as you're going about your day, a bell and notification will remind you to be mindful of what you're doing at a random intervals between half an hour and an hour and a half. Perfect app for being mindful through the day
The app did an amazing job of letting me take my meditation even deeper levels. Reminds me to stay mindful through out the day.
One note to the developer: You know what I absolutely think you should add? A One minute timer in the app.
As soon as the mindfulness bell goes off, the user can go to the app and the one minute timer will assure he stays mindful of his breathing / surroundings for one minute. And then get back to work.
I really would love this feature.
