Propel your mindfulness practice from the cushion into the world. Modeled after a practice in Buddhist monasteries, Mindfulness Bells are a powerful practice to remind you of your intention to be mindful. Activate the Mindfulness Bell and it sends you gentle reminders randomly throughout the day.

Turn it on, then as you're going about your day, a bell and notification will remind you to be mindful of what you're doing at a random intervals between half an hour and an hour and a half. Great for reminding yourself of your mindfulness practice while at work, commuting, at school or wherever your life takes you.

Free features:
• Get randomly timed mindfulness bells throughout the day
• Selectively enable the default Mindfulness Messages
• Adjust the timing of the random bell, use the slider in the settings to find the timing that's right for you (see below)
• Choose a time to automatically turn the bell off
• Apple Watch app, let's you control the bell from your wrist
• Temporarily snooze the bell
• Siri Shortcuts, turn on the mindfulness bell on or off or snooze from the Shortcuts app

For mindfulness you need to set the chimes to ring at intervals you can time. You can't do it on this App. All it does is put up a message on my lock screen, doesn't even ring to let you know , maybe I didn't do something, though at a loss to as there are only two buttons and changing the settings dies not come up. Am going to delete it.

In Lotus Bud v1, the meditation timer, analysis and mindfulness bell were all integrated into a single app. Now, it's two apps and you pay more for extras to do what already existed in v1. A poorly disguised money grabbing manoeuvre.

This is great and exactly what I was looking for. Random reminders to just notice breathing and/or senses, and so become calmer and more grounded. Lovely gentle bell sound.

Brilliant uncomplicated app! I think the subtle sound of the bell is spot on. It really works as a reminder to be mindful throughout the day. I don't think it is a problem to set it every day, it only takes seconds and can easily become a part of my morning routine

I cannot get it to work at all! There are no icons along the bottom of the screen and the dials just spin back to tho original positions. one star.
