Doesn’t ever send me a code to login and when I try to login with my email it creates another account

What is the problem?
This app does not work. I’ve downloaded and removed five times over the past few days. Glitches, screen goes blank. Whomever owns this app should monitor the reviews, fix the issue(s) or delete it altogether.
Doesn’t work
Tried 3 times downloading and deleting trying to get access and everytime I try to use my phone number it glitches and blank screens me. Finally got in by just selecting to sign in with my Apple ID and says there’s no locations near me despite getting the info from a location around the corner. Tried going to the settings to ensure my location info was correct but again with the blank screen. Do not recommend.
Nothing worked!
I put this app on my phone 5 times. Nothing worked. Blank screen three times and after trying different approaches with email vs phone number I finally got in but blank data. Absolutely nothing worked with this app.
Can’t open
It is not sending me a pin to open the app. I signed up a year ago and have never received any notifications of how many points I have earned.
I cant even find a place, it is just stuck

I’m a tech guy and I couldn’t figure it out. Like who put these five Star reviews?
Doesn’t work
This app does not work. I typed in all the information of my card went to the store and they said “you have all your points” the app says I have no points at all. I have 88 points. I don’t suggest you use this app.

Greatest loyalty program ever
This is by far the easiest and greatest loyalty program up to now. It is super easy to use on the merchant side and great to receive points or rewards on the client side. It defiantly, defiantly works for both parties. Therefor... A win win for all. Hans
