LuggageHero: Luggage Storage

I would say this is a typical “best effort basis” service. You can’t rely on if the place you booked is actually open. I booked a storage in London in late December, which was actually closed. They refunded me quickly, and I found my self left with 3 luggages on the street in cold rain. Honestly, I shouldn’t have used this service in the first place.

I couldn’t click the payment button when I tried to store my suitcase in London, so I paid the guy £6 at the store manually. Then, I received an email from the service 2 days after, saying that I haven’t picked up the suitcase, which costed me £18 extra. It was all this app’s bugs’ faults, but why do I have to pay the extra money!? This is so ridiculous. The customer service wasn’t helpful at all.

User beware. I was led to a sketchy part of town and the place didn’t even exist. THEN I WAS CHARGED ANYWAY. UGH. Do not use this app if you value money and safety.

Staff were super friendly and location was conveniently located inside a coffee shop.

I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very capable service.

Make a booking. Took us to a sketch location that smelled horrible/reeked of urine. Nobody was there. Completely ruined our travel plans. Do NOT use this service.

LuggageHero is located very conveniently close to the train station. The luggage process was very easy and painless. LuggageHero has good rates and the staff is very helpful.
