Super convenient and helpful staff.

This service is designed to charge you fees without making it clear. The customer service afterwards is terrible. I booked on a one hour slot to find out the address of where I needed to take the luggage and then cancelled. It showed my charges as zero. But when I canceled it minutes after booking, I was charged $10 for not canceling with 24 hours notice. So the charge wasn’t $0 as indicated. It was a minimum $10 if booked. Terrible customer service response to my request. Will never use again.

My family was hesitant to do this, but it worked out great. The luggage servicer chained up our luggage. It wasn't going anywhere. It was great

In theory this is a great service. Checking out of our air BnB needed a place in London to store luggage . Found one 2 blocks away yay!!! Pressed the book button and realized the store was not open yet and decided to hold on to luggage instead. Tried to cancel right away and was informed we would be charged $10!!!! Will be fighting this charge with the credit card company. There should be a grace period when booking same day.

If you do not press the exact button on the app on time, the app will fully charge extra night even after 1 second from your pick-up time. It does not consider traveler’s situation at all.

I canceled my booking immediately after making it since I found a better option and they charged me a cancellation fee. Even after multiple back and forth emails with the customer service, they still won’t give me a refund.

I did not trust this process because it sound so scary to leave your belongings to some strange place, however we did & the process was so easy and smooth, just picked up our luggages & laptop bag and everything was smooth!
