The pages doesn’t go back to last selection for example if im in categories and want to check my cart and go back to categories it will take me back to the main page of categories. The cart empties all of a sudden while im shopping and logs out continuously

It’s impossible to buy online.

Worse service ever! I’ve made my order on Sunday before I travel so my family can have food while I’m traveling They made the charge, sent a confirmation order, sent the invoice but still didn’t deliver it! Today is Wednesday 1st if November and Still it’s not delivered yet! I sent emails, write a feedback in their app, and nothing! Not even reply! When are you going to deliver it? Why are you taking so long? I made it on Sunday today is Wednesday! This is not good at all! This will be the last time I use your bad services! There is always an issue and now this! This is unaceptable! My family is with no food at home! I’m traveling!

Payment process crashes constantly and sometimes even makes the charge without actually making the order. So you end up having to write customer care to get the refund

It can be better than it looks Many categories available but no products their. Empty. No real offers.

App always not working worst app ever seen in my life in this kind of biggest chain

Upon suggested by a floor rep, we purchased mango( thotapuri, if I remember correctly) and brought home . There were three mangoes which costs us Dhs26.75. The mangoes were totally bad , the worst ever we had . It was having a medicine smell we couldn’t eat any of the mangoes . We had the similar issue earlier, when we thought that was one of a case, but we had it now as well. Hope we would get good mangoes next time .
