Per app, they guarante delivery in 2 hours. Waited the whole day only for it to be cancelled with no update nor notification from the app. The customer service chat was not even helpful. Just raised a ticket with no information on where was my order. First and last time to use it.
This online app is the worst. They don’t give customers option if they want replacement of ordered goods if no stocks available. They will automatically give you replacement but in my case its less the quantity i ordered and paid for. As for refund, until now i get nothing. This will be the last time i will order using this app. Not worth it.
I do not recommend using this app. They would either deliver the wrong item or take 6 days to deliver your order. Better go to the store directly.

I always consider lulu hypermarket as they have good offers. However its been a long time since in Lulu online app it always appear “sorry! No items found”
I have my orders and not yet received. I want to login to tracking my orders but sad even OTP I didn’t receive it just now
