Terrible apps
Deduct my coins out of a sudden and the reason being is system issue. How can you penalise me while it is not my fault in the first place

Hard to get points and reward
Used to be friendly app but now it’s just an extra steps just to get little reward. Sounds like an upgrade but it’s actually downgrade. Could be better just use the old one

Downgrade
Prefer the older version of LumiHealth, more straightforward. The new one is not user friendly, very complex. Not good UI/UX. Sometimes we just need to enhance the features you already have, not revamp everything.

Point very less and long activities period compare with previous versions. One star is more, you belong to 0.
Downgraded from a friendly app to a wanting to delete app
The so called ‘upgrade’ is such an disappointment and disgusting, points are heavily discounted, in order to earn points you need to engage in a min 2 weeks programme. It’s so unfortunate that I have upgraded/been forced to done so. For the past 2 month after the upgrade, just feel like it’s really my storage space. Going to discontinue and delete the app IMMEDIATELY after redeeming my points. Please keep out!
