Bad wallet
Out off the blue they wanna check my wallet. They blocked it. I delivered all the paperwork what they asked for and there decision was to close down my account!! What a bad, bad wallet!!!

Luno scam
I have been wondering for a long time why my hard earn money was locked with my Luno account, Luno minimum closure amount is 10 dollars and the money i have on my Luno account is more than 100 dollars, for more than a year now Luno support team refuse to refund my money to me. I don’t see how you keep saying you are the best when you can’t even refund my money, I have documented this all with proof. Luno support please refund my money

Intuitive app flow and features
Withdrawal limit
All of sudden I had a withdrawal limit on my btc. Of only 0.005. Was not there previously. Had already verified my account. Cannot find anywhere why or how to increase it. Very poor and not as super easy to use as is advertised!
It was a great app…
But your 2 step verification has stopped working. Please do something about it. The code from 1Password does not work, nor gives an error. Nothing happens. It is not the system time or my app, so bug on the Luno side.

Don’t want to upgrade
In my app version v 5.7.5 i can choose language Dutch Why is this option removed in the new app version? I know people who regard this as a showstopper.
