It’s worst this days and so annoying🤬🤬, it took them over a month to verify my address and can’t make a better transaction for over a month🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I use to boast of Kuda everywhere up till now, I even ignore my other bank for kuda, till I changed my phone and mistake transaction pin exceeding input time and have wrote to customer care countless times yet they keep bring same stupid ideas. You guys are pissing me off so seriously!! Since two months, no solution, y’all keep repeating the same stupid ideas which is not working out, just because I mistakenly enter incorrectly transaction pin which I don’t think it should be longer till this extent, if no solution is done on my account immediately I will make sure I spoil your bank everywhere cause I don’t understand this nonsense anymore

Kuda refund my money. You guys don’t even want to reply my mail. You guys are becoming scam anytime people have problems with there money you guys don’t even help at all. If you guys don’t refund my money I will make sure I start reporting you people on social media and radio station even in T.V.C news
