Very cool

I love how the different colours mean different things between your bestie that no one else can understand. It can also be good for relationships especially long distance. I enjoy using it as it also allows me to use it at night to read. I totally recommend it.

Staying in touch

I have had a friendship lamp with my Mum for a couple of years, and recently added two more to the group (for my nieces). There are lots of beautiful colours to choose from, and we all love our lamps. There is something special and heartwarming about sending light to distant loved ones. When adding the two newest lamps, we did encounter some challenges incorporating them into our existing Group ID, however, the issue was rectified incredibly fast by the support team. Their communication, service and commitment was truly first-rate. I highly recommended this product - it is unique, special and a much loved product within my family circle.

I’ve added my lamp using a groupID made at the start of the process. Then when I’ve completed adding my lamp when I go into it, it keeps saying that the groupID is removed. I am able to select the groupID I made but after hitting “save” and seeing the confirmation that it has been saved, it never saves. The colours and brightnesses I set also don’t update on my physical lamp to match.

It’s a little buggy however it’s not bad. The setup process via the app is very clunky and buggy. It took me 4 separate attempts to get my lamp set and a girlfriend still can’t get it set properly. I’d also like to see maybe a way to chat in app too. Over all, I love the app and friendship lamp combo. Also, would love to see a way to combine multiple light colours to send, so alternating say pink and green. You could also add in a a timer, so if you have two colours so have one colour flash or stay lit for 5 seconds and then, a 1 second flash to another colour. To mean different things etc. so being able to fully customise the colours and sequences, that would be super cool!!!

This app made using my friendship lamp so much more fun. Now I can do so many other fun things. Obsessed!!

So many new features!

Seamless set up, great features!

First the need to add history so I don’t just see the last color pressed. Second the app doesn’t seem to work most of the time with push notifications unless the app is still on in the background then maybe you might get one and that’s not guaranteed Third it needs way more customization and option to send to individual people at a time instead of having to create a whole different group
