This app is unable to send the OTP to my specified mobile number… even after several attempts it still fails to connect to my number and send OTP…
ingredients incorrect
Quite often the Product descriptions- ingredients listed on the site are incorrect.
Online purchase
Very easy process of online but I think delivery and service fee should be waived off when we r placing order above the prescribed order limit
Extra charges
Why are the delivery and service charged separately meanwhile, COD is being charged expensively separately. Absurd amount of charges for groceries. Un-ethical.
Return Option
The return / replacement option has changed. It is no longer app driven. Please look into it.
Glitch on the App
As I accidentally cross checked my previous purchased items online bills, my Club Points has not been updated, its just showing 0.00 points even after 300-400 bills. Kindly check and update my account.
Payment using gift card not working
Guys .. please test the app fully. If a customer is having money in wallet and by selecting that option, still payment method is getting defaulted to Apple Pay and by clicking it says unable to place order as it is trying to debit zero aed from Apple Pay. Please disable that if wallet is getting used.
OTP NOT GENERATING
Whenever I open the Application, it’s asking for OTP to enter, but I didn’t received any OTP. I tried in 2-3 devices and the issues is the same. Even I tried with my friends mobile numbers. No one is receiving the OTP. The worst app I have ever seen.
Worst customer support
The worst customer support I ever seen,they always say contact our customer support but no use of contacting them because they never solve the issue but they always ask for the service feedback, I don’t know for what.
