Do not listen to a single one star review. They are unfair. Freemium is a business model but this is the fairest game I've ever played. They literally give you a free card every 2 hours. The events are fantastic. The smartest you play the better the rewards. Most of all it is so much fun. If you play mtg you will love this.
The level of contempt shown by D3 for their player base is unbelievable. In all my years gaming I've never seen such an audacious and blatant attempt to milk as much money out of a game as possible. The prices for these digital cards in a freemium game were already way, way above their paper counterparts, which is baffling to me. Added to the fact that the rare/mythic drop rate is hilariously low, the developers/publishers have managed to turn a potentially great game into the worst example of free-to-play garbage.
With this new version the game is very slow.
So... This is what happens with this piece of S**t of a game. You make your move (the most worse one because you have no other choice) and when it is the time for the computer to make the move... The screen literally turn automatically green (the best combination) and all point go to you enemy. After that his table start to fill up with 10/10 cards so hi would look very closely to you when it F**ks you behinds with a quite smile...
All good. Needs more bonuses and cards sets are way to expensive for phone app.
everything was good until the last update. since than no Facebook connection (you lost all your previous. achievements, statuses, etc) and need start again from the beginning. also the start new game not work either as it stuck in an infinite loop
Good core game but in duels the opponent is always favoured by the app and you loose more games by opponent snowballing in 1 turn.
If you enjoy(ed) the trading card game, then I highly recommend this one. Deckbuilding is still there and plenty of fun.
I’ve been a paper Magic players for nearly 30 years and a Puzzle Quest player for nearly 20. When I found out there was a game made by both - of course I had to try it! And I’ve found that it’s nice to have a fun little game that is both Magic and not-Magic.
I was charged twice for ‘Revolving Planeswalk - Well of the autocrat’ that is going on at the time of the writing of this review. I have tried restoring purchases and reseting the app. The most recent actions taken in the app were a victory in the Standard Training Grounds, netting me the crystals from there, bringing my total from 203 to 213. I tapped the join button for the revolving planeswalk, was charged, and proceeded to take me into the tournament page. Inside this page, it again prompted me to pay the entry fee, and then charged me for a second time. My total went from 213 to 173. I would appreciate a return of the lost crystals, please and thank you. Also, great work on everything so far, after the changeover. Your team really loves the game this app is based on, and it shows. Thank you for helping keep the passion for MTG alive for me.
