Wrong billing and no customer service. Don’t respond to inquiries. All in all a company to stay away from as far as possible! Response to the developer, I call bs.. as your delay is months, and most likely it’s not a delay but an ignoring of the issue. Thanks for the reply. But it doesn’t solve the issue!!
App keeps crashing when opening ‘charging processes’…. Even after re-installing the app no solution. Sad 😞

Try to reset password but without luck.
Can’t select Audi anymore as brand to identify your vehicle.
Does not work on all advertised networks, abysmal technical support
Looks good but still not possible to select VW ID.4 as preferred vehicle😕
When I try to open the Data Policy during registration, the app crashes.
Winning loads of new customers with low pricing first and than excessive tariffs to maximize your profits. I enjoyed it in the start but I’m out since the second price change.
Useless app as registering does not work no error messages at all
