I wanted to try the app out. The first thing that happened when opening the app was a large explaination of a subscription on the main page taking up most of the screen. Followed by a modal pop up asking me to subscribe for £18. Extremely user unfriendly. I will now uninstall the app and try a competitor.

Paid to buy this app (which at the time included a function to build a pass using AI). A month later, the app switched to a subscription model and I lost functionality unless I subscribe. App builders should be banned from doing this and forced to offer full refunds if functionality is removed after purchase. Edit- following developers response- not really my issue- I paid for functionality I cannot use therefore I should be refunded.
Another app that I *bought*, that is now a subscription. I used this just to add loyalty cards to Apple Wallet. This needs to be stopped. Cherry on top: I guess the move to subscription was the reason all my loyalty cards suddenly disappeared from wallet.

This App promises a lot but fails to deliver. It isn’t possible to import an image to totally fill the pass, which for my Covid 19 vax cert. is no use at all. Also, my pass has two QR codes (1 for each dose) and the App can only display one QR code on each pass.
Simple to use. I was able to create a wallet pass with a WiFi QR code in less than 10 minutes.
v1.7.1 Saving and loading passes sort of works but I do get loading issues when first selecting a saved pass but opening again and the pass loads without error. The issue happens with passes saved locally on my phone but also in iCloud. v1.6.0 Works great and I’d also like the ability to edit a pass after it has been created rather than have to start from scratch. For example I noted the most recent update supported logos so I had to recreate the card which would have been a lot easier if I could have opened it and edited it. I appreciate that once the pass has been sent to the wallet it is read only but perhaps you could create an editable one tied to the app in local storage.
