Core Features:
• AI-Powered Design: With MakePass AI, transform photos of cards or tickets into beautifully designed Apple Wallet passes. Our technology intelligently extracts relevant text and information for seamless integration.
• Versatile Pass Creation: Start from scratch, open saved files, or import barcodes from various formats including images, PDFs, or directly via camera.
• Extensive Customization: Personalize your passes to the finest detail. Choose from event tickets, boarding passes, store cards, and more. Customize with unique icons, logos, colors, and text to make each pass uniquely yours.
Advanced Capabilities:
• Barcode Flexibility: Import or define barcodes in formats like QR, AZTEC, PDF417, and Code 128. Convert unsupported barcodes or embed them as images in your pass.
• Location & Time Awareness: Set relevant dates and locations for your passes, enabling them to appear on your lock screen precisely when needed.
• Shortcut Integration: Leverage the power of iOS Shortcuts for automating pass creation and customization, enhancing your productivity.
MakePass Subscriptions:
• MakePass Pro: Unlock features like pass barcodes, pass images, and pass relevancy.
• MakePass Ultra: Get everything in MakePass Pro, plus MakePass AI, Shortcuts support, and Family Sharing.
MakePass supports macOS, iOS and iPadOS.
Notes:
• On iPadOS, as Apple Wallet is not available, MakePass will allow you to preview the pass and share or save the generated pass as a file instead of adding it to Wallet.
• Barcodes with Code 128 format are not shown by Apple Wallet on the Apple Watch.
• Barcode formats that Apple Wallet does not support but MakePass can embed as pass images include Code 39, Code 93, EAN8, EAN13, UPCE and Codabar.
• The organization name and icon image will be visible on the relevant pass notifications that appear on the lock screen.
• Background, strip and thumbnail images are not supported on all pass types. Note that background images are automatically blurred by Apple Wallet and that some passes, while supporting multiple image types, cannot include all types at the same time.
Privacy by Design: MakePass works completely on-device and does not store or send any information outside of the protected app sandbox, except for explicit user requests to use MakePass AI which requires sending the text extracted from the images or the user pass description for processing.

Impressive, but I make AI do a few tries before I get optimal results

Kibbb on

Ultimately, I got what I needed , after making AI try again and again to guess what to do with screenshots of my tickets from Fabulous Fox Theatre in St. Louis. Sometimes, despite using the same screenshot, it’d miss something important on there, or put the event time in two places, sacrificing a bit of data such as the performer’s name. However, it can get things right enough that I’m impressed. I just make a couple modifications to the ticket (they leave spaces to fill in extra data it misses, and you can move things around). You can choose ticket background, label and foreground colors. Very cool! What you get is an easy-to-read ticket with a QR code, if it’s available. I’ve only used it with screenshots, but there are other ways to give it input, such as a photo, or just manually filling things in. Once it wasn’t consistent with the time format: on two tickets the time was displayed as 4:00 PM, and in the third it displayed as 16:00. I made AI guess again and then it got it the same as the others (4:00PM). I’m writing a lot of detail, but that doesn’t mean this app is complicated. I’ve tried probably four of these types of apps, and this one is by far the best. I will keep this one. Great job! Not perfect, but impressive and useful!

This is hands-down the best app on my phone! I use it to organize all of my event tickets for all the shows I see. I've set it up with iOS Shortcuts so that I can tell Siri what time the show is and where I'm sitting, and it'll make the event pass for me. I'm so glad I bought this!!!!

Not Free. But good

The app works well and is great, but it should be made clear that MakePass premium is required for literally everything.

Works great 😎👍🏼

This works great and is very easy although I do recommend getting the subscription. I ended up getting the $16 a year subscription because it gave me more features. This app works actually fantastically well and I found it very easy to use. Especially if you use the option New pass with AI. You can preview it before you add it to the Wallet app and if needed, you could add additional things.

Without subscription it can do nothing

Why not making a paid app instead of a fake free app? Basically all the features require a subscription.

Rental

Another one time paid app that became a rental, with it removing what we paid for. Nice going.

Great app (Could use improvements)

# Things I loved - Can open and edit passes in the Wallet App - Preview mode!! (This was super helpful) - Runs on Mac & iPhone #Requests for improvement - Allow multiple locations to be set per pass. I have a gym membership pass but there a 3 locations in my city. It would be great if I could put all three of them as a location. The app “Wallet Creater” let’s me do this. - Add other pass options. The app “Pass4Wallet” let’s me add a COVID-19 Passport. That was handy. - Make the UI more intuitive. I found the interface and flow for “Pass4Wallet” easier to use and navigate. This UX felt a little programmer forward. - Give option, when editing an existing pass, to overwrite it instead of saving a new copy. That way you don’t end up with 3-5 version of the same pass on the wallet.

Adding pass to wallet doesn’t work

Great app!

I love this app! I can create apple wallet passes from barcodes. Works for the gym, grocery store or anything else I used to have to carry on a plastic tab on my keychain.
